22nd Judicial District

Lincoln Center houses an office for the 22nd Judicial District’s YLS Officer.  The 22nd Judicial District consists of Marshall, Nemaha, Brown, and Doniphan counties.

This office is responsible for timely completion of Court ordered YLS/CMI (Youthful Level of Service/Case Management Inventory) and the YLS/CMI Assessment Reports.  These reports are completed for adjudicated juveniles prior to sentencing.  The Court considers the results of the YLS/CMI, the Assessment Report and other facts presented in determining the appropriate sentence for the juvenile.

The YLS Officer is also responsible for teaching the Pathways to Self-Discovery and Change: A Guide to Responsible Living program.  Pathways to Self-Discovery and Change is a cognitive-behavioral curriculum targeted for youth referred to treatment because of co-occurring problems with criminal conduct and substance abuse.

For more information contact May Ann Johnson at 785-629-8300 extension 113.
