(Northeast Kansas Community Action Partnership)

NEK-CAP provides a comprehensive array of services designed to assist low-income people in achieving self sufficiency. These services are typically available to families who meet an income guideline. Head Start Programs:  Early Head Start: Early head start (EHS) is a program that provides in-home support to families in education and nurturing their children. Head Start: Head Start is a comprehensive child development program which serves children from birth to age 5, pregnant women and their families.
