The MCCREC Board meets monthly on the second Tuesday of each month at 12:30 pm in the Resource Room at Lincoln Center, 405 North 4th, Marysville, KS. These meetings are open to the public.

MINUTES
March 9, 2010
PRESENT: Joan McKinley, Lucy Papes, Dana Pieschl, Dave Hamel, Mick Keating, Patty Ahlvers, Audrey Pieschl, Michelle Luppen, Regina Blaske, Mary Caffrey, Charles Friedrichs, Dee Layman
CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order by Dave Hamel.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:

COMMUNITY INPUT: No issues
NEW BUSINESS: No issues
REPORTS:
*Finance – Dana reported that the Committee reviewed the facility needs list and approved repairing 2 windows in each office at a cost of $1,800, but will defer the purchase of a lawn mower at this time and pay someone to mow if the need arises. She also reported that April plans to do a couple of funnel cake stands with proceeds being used to purchase a computer.

*Fundraising – No issues
*ITS – No issues
*Administrator – No issues

OLD BUSINESS: No issues
BOARD MEMBER ITEMS: Audrey announced that she is resigning her seat on the Board. The Board was also reminded that April is the month to do election of officers and that we will now have two vacant Board positions that need to be filled. Dave gave an update on the success of the two day dental clinic.
