Northeast Kansas Community Action Partnership (NEK-CAP) provides a comprehensive array of services designed to assist low-income people in achieving self sufficiency. These services are typically available to families who meet an income guideline. While many people familiar with NEK-CAP associate the programs with the Head Start preschool, services are available to people of all ages. Head Start
Head Start is a comprehensive child development program which serves children from birth to age 5, pregnant women and their families.
