The PATHway House is a transitional living facility dedicated to helping homeless families and individuals transition into permanent housing. Through case management and wrap-around services, the PATHway House gives families and individuals the space, education, and direction they need to become self-sufficient.
Families who live in the PATHway House receive intensive case management services and engage in activities that will result in their becoming independent in 24 months or less. Support services and programs for job training, money management, child development, personal care, social skills, mental health, and physical health prepare families to move into their own homes and become self-sufficient.
